Little by little, we are a citizenry retreating from individual responsibility & hard work. We have instead been brain-washed to believe that government should “do” for us that which is either too difficult, or that which is (incorrectly) regarded as ‘government’s duty’ to provide.

Some astoundingly grim news on the “economic recovery” front: half of American households are receiving government funds to support themselves. No matter which way you slice it, this number isn’t good news for the Obama administration — they can spin the jobs numbers by ignoring the number of people who dropped out of the workforce, but this statistic is pretty straightforward.

It is long past time we ask ourselves what kind of government do we want…One that believes we can be responsible individuals, with very little government intrusion. Or one that believes we are inept, lazy ‘sheep’, unable to live our lives without governmental ‘assistance’.
Remember – providing for the truly needy is NOT equal to subsidizing the willfully stupid. The current president believes we cannot survive without government, and will force as much government upon us as possible, saturating our lives, and stealing our Liberty.
If you are FOR 100% socialism, you WILL do one of two things:
1. Vote for obama
2. Sit out, stay home, or purposely split the vote.
Halting the natural progression towards 100% socialism means we halt and turn from the current path, as quickly as possible.
WE THE PEOPLE are responsible for driving the agenda of ‘party politics’, at ALL times, and NOT simply every few years. It is OUR responsibility, given to us by the Founders, to remain aware and actively engaged in the goings-on of government, at all levels. It is NOT dependent upon the ‘perfect political saviour’ of one ‘bright and shining’ candidate upon whom we can all agree. The pursuit of perfection should not distract us from what is possible, in terms of pulling away from the 100% socialism that is barack obama.
Never ever allow yourself to believe, not even for a minute, that We The People are not, and can no longer be, in control of our government.
